Wendy KimMORGANWith deep sadness, we announce the passing of Kim on Sunday July 27th, at the age of 68 years, at home surrounded by her loving family. A woman whose kindness, strength and unwavering love for her family held us all together. She was a devoted wife, mother and nanna whose presence brought comfort and joy to everyone who knew her. Kim leaves behind her beloved husband Gerwyn; her loyal children Twm, Gwen and Faye and her seven cherished grandsons, Gavin, Benjamin, Jac, Llŷr, Macs, Bill and Eric-Gwyn. Her passion for her seven grandsons was known to anyone who had the joy of speaking with her. She was their biggest supporter, and they were her pride and joy. Mam was the heart of her family - a calm, steady presence who listened deeply, loved unconditionally, and gave freely of her time. No matter what, the kettle was always on, her door always open and always with a warm welcome.
A memorial service to celebrate Kim's life will be held on Friday August 15th at Priory Street Chapel of Rest, Carmarthen at 11.00am to be followed by interment at Carmarthen Town Cemetery. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend.
We are deeply grateful for the time we had with her, for her endless love, and for the memories she leaves behind. Her legacy will live on through our children, through stories shared, and through the strength she instilled in us all.
